How relevant is the ancient, debated and often misunderstood art of rhetoric?
According to Flavia Trupia, thanks to rhetoric we can create very powerful images, so much so that throughout history we have often witnessed its negative use, that is, «as a useful technique for shaping consciences or inflating a speech».
But knowing it thoroughly can both help us defend ourselves from improper uses of rhetoric, and give us a plus in our way of «communicating our ideas with strength and clarity at school, in the family, in the company».
