In December 2025, the Board of Directors approved the new Agatòs Syntagma Code of Ethics, which will officially come into force in March 2026 and will apply to all companies and at all levels of the Industrial Group.
Among the founding principles:
– integrity and rigorous compliance with laws and regulations;
– timely monitoring of the Business Control System;
– centrality and valorization of human resources;
– transparency and business ethics;
– monitoring and combating Sharp Practices throughout the supply chain;
– legality and combating all forms of crime and corruption;
– responsibility towards the community, the local area, and the environment;
– protection of corporate data and information.
In the months following its approval, the new Code of Ethics was the subject of a structured dissemination and internal training program aimed at ensuring its full understanding and implementation. Today, it is an integral part of the Group’s daily operating culture, guiding decisions, processes, and internal and external relationships.
The work was guided by the experience of Alessandro Continiello and the vision of the Board of Founding Members. With this adoption, Agatòs Syntagma consolidates its industrial identity based on discipline, consistency, and responsibility, reaffirming that the quality of economic results is inseparable from ethical responsibility.
