Adaptation is – first of all – a necessity, then a quality. In a rapidly evolving world, Short Term Leadership is becoming ineffective, lacking long-term visions and strategies in every area, “inclusive” of both economic-social changes and risk, growth and development. Precisely for this reason, adaptation must always be weighted on ingenuity, technique and heart, with an action framework based on the medium-long term, otherwise it is mere resignation to changes.

Today, the unknown is no longer around the corner, but all around us.
