In early February, the Board of Founding Members of the Agatòs Syntagma Industrial Group reviewed and approved the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan proposed by the Board of Directors.
The Plan integrates the objectives proposed by Co-CEOs Alfonso M. Balotta and Patrizia Canepa, in harmony with the operational guidelines established following the Generational Handover.
The Three-Year Plan defines a comprehensive program of thoughtful growth, through clear and guiding actions:

— Strengthening the Organizational Structure
— Structured Innovation and Development
Territory, discipline, responsiveness, and character—supported by the Group’s inherent moral and ethical values—will be an integral part of the Guidelines for the next three years.
