We proudly announce the completion of the Generational Handover that has guided the evolution of Agatòs Syntagma and our Industrial Group over the past three years.
In the new structure, Alfonso M. Balotta (born in 1992), already co-CEO since 2023, joins the Board of Founding Members to strengthen the growth path and development of the new Industrial Plan. Meanwhile, Riccardo Balotta (born in 1955) assumes the role of Chairman of the Board of Founding Members and First Director of the Group.
The process was coordinated by Patrizia Canepa, co-CEO, who ensured balance, vision, and continuity.
This change consolidates our identity and strengthens our commitment to generating widespread value for the National System.
